Appointment Time

• Approximate Scheduling: Please note that all appointment times are approximate and subject to slight delays due to the nature of the services we provide. We will do our best to start your appointment as close to your scheduled time as possible.

Refunds and Cancellations

• Non-Refundable Bookings: All pre-booked spots are non-refundable except in the rare case of an event cancellation by Sik Braids.

• Event Cancellation: Should Sik Braids need to cancel your appointment for reasons beyond our control, a full refund will be provided, or the appointment can be rescheduled based on availability.

Timeliness

• On-Time Arrival: Clients are required to arrive on time for their scheduled appointments. If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible.

• Grace Period: A grace period of up to 10 minutes may be allowed for late arrivals, although this is not guaranteed and is subject to the day's scheduling constraints.

• Late Arrival Consequences: Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment slot given to another client, without the option for a refund.
